Volunteer Time: By answering "yes", I will help out the kids/league by coaching, working in concession stand, field day etc. a minimum of 4 hours this season and if the time has not been met by June 1, 2022, I understand that the $80 payment will process to this account. By marking "no", I would like to opt out of the required 4 hours of volunteer time per player and pay $80 per player.
